How KeepMyHomeIP Lets You Work Remotely Without Raising Flags
Working remotely is great—until your location gives you away.
Some employers and services track where your internet connection is coming from. Whether it’s for security, compliance, or control, being seen outside your usual location can trigger unnecessary red flags—even if your job is remote.
That’s where KeepMyHomeIP.com comes in. It’s a simple hardware solution designed for remote workers, digital nomads, and privacy-conscious users who want to stay connected as if they never left home.
Plug-and-Play: How It Works
KeepMyHomeIP uses two small, pre-configured devices:
1. HomeServer (Stays at Home)
You plug this device into your home router. It automatically reaches out to our secure Relay Server on the internet, no setup needed—no port forwarding, no public IP required.
2. TravelMate (Goes with You)
This compact device connects to the same Relay Server and securely tunnels back to your HomeServer using WireGuard, a modern, lightweight VPN protocol.
Once connected, all your internet traffic is routed through your home network. That means:
- You appear to be browsing from your home IP
- Your employer sees you as “working from home”
- You can access home devices (printers, NAS, etc.)
- Streaming and geo-restricted content works as expected
Fully Encrypted, Zero Configuration
What makes KeepMyHomeIP powerful is how effortless it is:
- No public IP required
- No technical skills needed
- No software to install
- No tampering with your router
Just plug in the devices, and they handle everything in the background.
What About Privacy & Safety?
We’ve built in a kill switch feature to ensure your identity never leaks. If the secure tunnel breaks for any reason, your TravelMate device cuts the connection instantly—so you’re never accidentally exposed.
See It in Action
Check out the video below to see how the traffic flows from your travel device, through the encrypted tunnel, and out of your home internet. Once you see it in action, it all clicks.
If you're tired of playing hide-and-seek with IP addresses, geo-blocks, or overbearing employer policies—KeepMyHomeIP has your back.
